Can you say bored? I'm in typing right now, so I'm going insane. I already finished my lessons last week and have nothing to do today but b/c of my stupid independent study I have to come here every Monday. Fun stuff. NO. Band was amusing. Laura tested out her conducting skills b/c Maher wasn't here...she found out that she should NEVER go into music education. It turned out to be an amusing class once I swapped parts with other people in my section.....On a random note....ONLY ONE MORE DAY OF SCHOOL LEFT =) It's going to be a really LONG day, but at least therre is only one of them. Vacation is going to be busy with christmas, new years, reading a book for english, and writing an essay for history... and VISITING PREETI (yay)Hopefully everything will work out well for everone. Lets all have a relaxing yet fun vacation. (haha, that's me trying to be optomisitic)

6:43 pm - GREAT DAY!!!
|
WOWSA....I had an AWESOME day!!!! For all of the reasons below, I think I lost mad weight from laughing my ass off. Such a funny day, where so many awesome things happened.
1) "feed the animals" (ewwwwwwww monkey with a fro) 2) "smart and sexy" (good to know I look good in glasses) 3) "fathoms" (wow, voyage of the mimi much?) 4) "gossip girls" (need I say more?) 5) "snack" (cake, brownies, cookies, candy, mac'n'cheese)mmmmmm
This might have been a life changing day. I think I might even SHOWER & BRUSH MY HAIR & GET DRESSED!!!!!!! I know it sounds like a crazy idea, but I'm feeling courageous! Wish me luck!

3:55 pm - MY LOCKER BABY OH YAH
|
If moldy, smelly, sticky lockers are your thing, then we’re just not meant to be. If you’re a fan of sunglasses then we’ll talk because they must be worn when walking past my locker or else the twinkle, which only comes from something immaculately clean, will blind you. However, the sunglasses must be removed after the locker is opened so you can observe the treasures being stored. Once removed, you will be so caught up in the therapeutic aroma, the feeling of fuzzy fleece, and taste of strawberry that you’ll never want to leave my side again. The bright colors that shine through the slits at the top of my pale grey locker come from the different shades of my notebooks. The florescent beams that strike your eyes create an optimistic mood for as long as you gaze upon it. The effervescent orange basket at the foot of my locker produces a countless number of reds, purples, yellows and blues from which arises an overwhelming feeling of cheerfulness. The contents enclosed in the orange basket have the ability to slip a person into utter-relaxation while reminiscing of fond memories. Lavender lotion is proven to loosen up the muscles and is used daily to reduce the stress that school can bring. However, several different types of deodorant as well as other perfumes, create the desirable scent of fruits such as pineapples, peaches, mangos, and watermelon. After one swift sniff of any of these aromas, you will slip into a summer state of mind and recall the countless days at the beach or picnics at a park. If the contents of the carroty colored vat don’t inspire you, then perhaps we are too different for each other. We can still talk if you like to dress for cold weather because I love the feel of soft, fluffy fleece on my skin. This is why there is a navy blue sweatshirt with black lining hanging on a silver hook in my locker. It is suspended next to the cold inner lining of my make-shift closet. Also, if you stand close enough, you can practically feel the mist coming from the perfume. However, you must be sure not to get the mist in your mouth or you will feel sorry that you didn’t keep your mouth closed. If you like the taste of Strawberry Nutri-Grain Bars, then you can stop by my locker any time. For just a quick snack to get you through the day, treat yourself to the scrumptious taste of strawberries without the mess. The taste will linger on your lips just as long as its cubby-mate, lip gloss. Flavors vary from raspberry to watermelon. The gleaming substance creates a loveable flavor which can be renewed by just licking your lips. Overall, in order for us to be compatible you must love your sunglasses but be willing to take them off, enjoy being relaxed while thinking of summer memories, appreciate the comfort that comes while wearing a fuzzy sweatshirt, and have a craving for strawberries. If you think this describes you come to locker 2137 and find out if we’re meant to be.

11:30 pm - The Good Old Days
|
I had such a great day. I went to kohls and bought two pairs of jeans that fit me perfectly. Which was great because I really NEED jeans. Also, I bought a super cute skirt that is so comfortable and looks really good on me! (wink)I finally bought a peach tank top to match my other cute summer-ish skirt that I'v had but never worn for the longest time. That put me in a good mood right there. Then I did something that even shocked ME. I started reading a book. I know me READING. How crazy is that. But I hear of this great book called "Feeling Sorry for Celia". It is basically a girly chick-flic (but not a movie)shallow book, which is right up my ally. I actually read like 90 pages in it in one sitting. Hard to believe, but it is suprisingly true. Next, a mutual friend of my brother, Ed and me came over to chill with him, and actually said he wanted to hang out with me too. So our friend, and Ed's friend invited me to go out with them. Which I thought was cool in itself. But we went to the East Windsor Diner and as we were walking in I peeked through one of the windows and saw one of my really old good friends who I hadn't seen in over a year. I was so excited that I pushed somebody out of the way to run into the place. So I ran threw open the doors to find my friend Chris waiting for me to give me a hug. Of course I ran and gave him a gigantic hug when he picked me up and twirled me around. It was truely a kodak moment. I was so excited I could have cried. He asked me to go to the movies (his treat) with him and his girlfriend (who I am friends with as well)and my other great friend Boyer who I hadn't seen in ages . Unfortuantly I couldn't go. But we both agreed that we were going to get together next week if not sooner. Seeing Chris made me so incredibly happy, because it was as if nothing had changed and he hadn't graduated. Just like old times. Overall, it was the perfect end to what was already a great day. =)

My sister left friday morning to go to college. I really do miss her. Ever since I was born I was waiting for that day. But this year we got a lot closer. I know i bitched about her a lot....A LOT, but i guess I hadn't realized what I would miss about her. This year we spent so much time together. Whether it was durring swimming, or just a trip to the bank in out pj's. I really am going to miss the fact that whenever I was super down, she was there for me. She would always take me for a ride and just keeep asking me about it until I owuld finally break down, tell her everything, and just cry. I am also going to miss how me just randomly decide to go to Walmart just for the drive, and then COMPLETELY miss the exit. She was always there to do "undercover" work for the rents and convince them to let me do little things that I wasn't allowed to do. But now I kind of wish she was going so far away. She is going to Wagner in New York about 3 1/2 hours away. She will only be comming home for holidays. But on the bright side she did call yesterday. She didn't even want to talk to my mom...just to me. She just kept saying stuff like how I can always call her when I needed to talk to someone, and how I should go up and visit her. Also just kept mentioning how COMPLETELY HOT the guys were there. So if any girl reading this is planning on going to Wagner sometime soon...GO SINGLE!

12:54 am - Who'd Have Thunk It?
|
Well I sure wouldn't have. So my brother came home from college last night right as i had to leave for a swimming shin-dig. He ended up driving me and my friend there and that was about as much interaction that I had had with him until tonight. So my friend Matt comes over after a big swim meet tonight to chill. When my bro gets home, we are watching "Harriet the Spy" in the basement (where his room is). I thought that he would flip and kick us out because since he hasn't been home in a while, he would just want to be alone in his room. Boy was I wrong. He let us keep watching our movie and he only came down once to get something and to ASK us if we would move upstairs when my parents went to there room because his g/f was comming over. So I of course went along with it and said otay. So Matt and I ended up going upstiars to finish our movie and left Ed and his g/f downstairs to give them there privacy. My mother said that Matt had to be out at 11:15. I know that it is a wierd time but she wanted to make sure that we had enough time to finish the movie. So like 10:55 rolls around and the movie finishes so we decide to watch Forest Gump. Then 11:15 rolls around and Matt is at the door about to walk home, when my bro comes up from the basement and was all ready to drive him home. Then unexpectedly my bro was just like "you know what, you can just stay here so you can see that part of the movie you wanted to watch...but according to me, you left at 11:15" I WAS LIKE WOWSERS!!!!!I never thought that my brother would ever say that to me. Then we worked it out so if my parents came downstairs then we were going to say that we were just waiting to see this one part that was "about to be on", even though it came on 5 minutes later. So Matt stayed and ended up leaving around midnight. How awsome is that? Then after he left and my bro's g/f left my brother and I talked a little. It was only for like 3 minutes, and it was basically about nothing... but concidering we dont' really talk all that much... it was pretty cool. So I stand (well sit) no saying (well typing) WHO'D HAVE THUNK IT?
